The staff were all very friendly & helpful! 17 inches of snow arrived overnight & some of the staff stayed overnight to make sure all the guests needs were met. One was shoveling out cars parked in the handicapped spots. We forgot to pick up dish soap for my grand daughter's bottles. The front desk clerk got us a cup with dish soap so we could wash her bottles. I feel the staff go above & beyond for their guests!

The room was well-equipped for mobility issues and roomy. The bed was comfy. Everything was as good as any room we've had elsewhere, at more expensive prices!

Everything was pretty great. A couple things need an update like the carpeting and the water pipes. The toilet didn’t flush well and the tub took a literal hour to drain after a shower, but there is construction right now(which didn’t bother us at all) and I assume these things will be updated.

Staff seemed to be meticulous with their cleaning. We've stayed at a lot of hotels this year and this one was the cleanest. Staff was friendly. The free popcorn, coffee, ice water is a nice touch. Breakfast was excellent! There were a lot of us that stayed the night for a baseball tournament and they handled things very well. There were several other people from other teams that were staying at different hotels that weren't nice and they cancelled their second night and booked at Americinn based on our recommendation.

it was easy to find and well located near lots of things in town. the room was large and clean. the staff was helpful and polite.

We got a remodeled room. So it was nice and clean. New bed and carpeting new paint. The staff that we came across were all very nice.

Location was fantastic. Nice views and lots of food and grocery options. The staff was very responsive. They were professional, but also funny and understood the people that were staying there. I really can't say enough about how happy I am with the desk, and Breakfast staff. Housekeeping was very pleasant, as well

They had many breakfast options in the morning, the pool and spa were very nice and relaxing. There weren’t a lot of people during my stay so it was very quiet which was nice and we had the pool all to ourselves the entire trip.

The rooms were very quiet. I was traveling with my family and they were gathered in one room making a lot of noise. I could hear them in the hall but heard nothing when in my room. Everything was clean and in working order. my bed was super comfy.
